Wasn't the Cyber Helmet sold via Littlewoods or the like, and if bought using a voucher, only £5?
EDIT: it was on THIS thread. Not sure it stills works, or available

I know what you mean! Now my wean's 6, he's starting to have to learn a few things:
a) size ain't everything
b) prezzies decrease in number directly proportional to cost (Newton's First Law of Prezzidynamics)

Ok. Will have a look for yr first 2 and post back if anything found.

Fortunately, kids don't start off with expensive tastes. It's the parents who raise their expectations.
I'm not being personal, it could be your kid's friends parents!

Christmas! Bah! Humbug!

boydent thanks for your lead but is out of stock now at Littlewoods
Well they would also like a pair of googles and a game which are quite cheap, they did not ask just or all expensive things... it's what they see on telly that gets drummed into their brains...but Iwant to treat them for Xmas and want to get them at least one of the more expenisve ones...
thanks a million angua for giving it a go for me xx mum's solidariety

BTW, I think if you use Tesco's Jersey store, you avoid VAT????

Sorry it's out of stock, didn't mean to get your hopes up
Looking about mind, it's not in stock many places is it? Using froogle, the sub £30 offers are out of stock.
Blimey, glad i don't have kids, looks really expensive!

No, don't look the same, that's why i deleted mine
I think the Woolie's deals seem the best, i'd snap them up whilst you can to be honest.
Shame the two higher priority one's are gonna be the toughest to get :-(
