Help me write my christmas list

Hello all,

Basically i am horrible to buy for

I don't really want much, or i do but can just never think of anything i want in advance, im more a see something i want, and then buy it sort of guy.

I have my birthday a couple of weeks before christmas so it makes it even harder.

On another note i am moving away (Abroad) soon, and can only take two cases, most of which will be clothes, bedding etc.

So anything i buy/recieve as a gift needs to be light and portable preferably.

Now there seems to be no games that i want at the moment, and not many dvds which are my usual last two ports of call.

I pretty much like, football, music, games, movies, clothes.

So can you the great people of HUKD fill my christmas list?
Decent items of clothing could be a good way to start, but open to anything

1. Suitcase x2

Obviously I don't know your circumstances so I am thinking practical here

If U know your address abroad, maybe a magazine subscription so you can get some of your home comforts.

How about a sports massage for before you go?

Some foreign currency or travellers cheques

Do you have a good small camera, with spare batteries and memory card?

an ounce of sense

Ipod touch

what country are you going to? how about a small hard drive for your music etc.. and photo you might take when away. or vouchers so you can buy a more exspensive item to take with like the ipod

ipod, itunes voucher, amazon voucher, books, travel wallet, dictionary if going somewhere with another language, cinema voucher.

Some great ideas.

A little bit more info.

I am moving to paraguay for a year to teach.

I will be going in Jan, so it will be there summer too.

Love the idea of photos or photo albums. I have an Ipod, so all my music will be on there and my laptop.

And great first post, i have the suitcases though

Only thing i am getting so far is a laptop bag

Sorry I don't have a big knowledge on camera's. I can only comment that I have a fugi finepix which I have used continuously for 3 years and I love it! I do see offers for these on HUKD, but haven't taken alot of interest lately!

You could always get a kiddizoom - thats very durable

Aftershave?

Vera Wang for men is my favourite aftershave, so you could try that.

I think smart casual would smart trousers with shirt, no tie no jacket.

Cool Thanks

Need to find some light shirts, and some more decent smart trousers then!

If you see any decent deals you think are appropriate could you post on here, as i will be checking at least a few times every day for the next week

Thanks

Maybe we could gift wrap them for you too..:p lol

No offence but this post comes across as a bit greedy to me.. Like youre just having stuff for the sake of it? If theres nothing you really want and you're having to resort to people picking random stuff for you, then whats the point?

No offence but i hope you have family and friends who are like mine.

I have actually told parents, friends, other relatives that i dont really want anything, and they all refuse, saying that i HAVE to give them a list.

Im sorry if me having people who care is a bad thing.

Also so far i have had some decent help from this forum which could include people not spending much if anything at all (A photo album filled of photos of family and friends is the best idea for me so far)

Lol haribo is a good idea, guess they are quite light too

Tell them to delay pressies until you're over there and ask them to send stuff over you might be missing foodwise, for me it would be chocolate X)

Underwear, you might meet someone over there..lol

Haha lol, I have underwear!

Yeh I have actually mentioned to a few friends about waiting but it is the same kind of circumstances where they want to give mr/ see me open stuff at Christmas

But if worst comes to, then decent underwear will be on there
