    help media streaming on the wii

    im using orb but keeps stopping and buffering etc only plays some files anybody know anything better ? pennies r short so need keep price down hence why not buying new x

    I've tried TVersity, with reasonable results. Check it out here.

    If it's something you want to do seriously then it might be worth trying a Powerline connection between the server and the Wii. It'd improve the LAN speed hugely, rather than relying on wifi. You could either connect one to the router and use wifi from router to Wii or get an ethernet adaptor for the Wii and Powerline directly between the two.

    You should be able to get a couple of Powerline adaptors from about £30 upwards. Not sure where the cheapest is just now but Ebuyer's usually good for them.

    ty for that but tooo expensive, set up tversity but wont show the files i added on the wii it shows a window at the top for windows media player. i can see a few of my pictures but i added my vuze download file on tversity on pc but doesnt show up so another day will be spent tryibg set it up lol x

    yea pennies too tight for that, was looking at zyxel 100 streamer but not good reviews and could get it for 27
