That's what I was thinking - uncheck 'Print in reverse order'?

if your out of options then send it, its better than not sending it, unless its a course on using microsoft - lol

Have you tried closing and re-opening the doc ?

or go into page set up and look at your numbering

There's nothing you can do about it really with so little time left, i'm slightly confused as to how you managed it in the first place

also, doesnt help that im using the latest version of word, which has the worst menu system ever !

sounds like your in reverse reading view. Try clicking View and then Print Layout??

nope its the same in print preview........

and ive just got an email saying that the deadline has been extended until 2morrow.....PHEW.....still need to sort it though.

i really dont think that microsoft have any options to do this, so all i can think is that the document is corrupt somehow? If it was me, and I had 24 hours, I'd start fresh and copy each page across. Have fun!

If you're talking about reverse order for a single document, try this:

    1. Go to Office logo | Print

    2. In the Print dialog that opens, click the button that says "Options"

    3. Select ‘Advanced’

    4. Scroll down to Printing options and see if ‘Reverse Print Order’ button is checked, uncheck it if so

    5. Click OK.
