    help needed - bedroom door lock ?

    i need a lock for a bedroom door that comes with at least 2 keys

    i dont know where to start to look , any ideas what one is best and where i could get one?

    If you go on DIY.com - the B&Q site, type in 'door handle' it comes up with a few (you wouldn't have guessed) on the first pages it's blank handles and bathroom ones, but if you get to page 3/4 there's a few which are keylock ones, doesn't seem to be many though.

    check homebase and wickes' sites as well.

    it comes up with a few more if you don't put the lock part in - the titles of some of them don't mention lock, but discriptions do.

    What about this sort of thing ? it normally comes with 2 keys :-)

    why not just get a £1 bolt and put it up high out of reach. A lock that you are asking for isnt a quick diy install.
