Help needed finding glasses

Found 4th Apr 2008

I'm in need of a new pair of glasses (for my eyes, not to hold my vodka) and have found a pair that I really like in a local opticians but they are £125.

I have found a pair of the same model on he-bay for £40 but they are not the colour I want. Does anyone know where I could look, either online or offline

The glasses are FCUK model OFK5302

Thanks for any advice!

I know you like those specs, but look at the websites below and you'll probably find something similar at a fraction of the price WITH lenses included. I got some Burberry for £50 from glasses crafter and some no-brand ones for £15, both including lenses.
Some of the sites will post you the empty frames for a small fee so you can try them first, or just take a punt as I did. The pics on glasses crafter are especially good, and there are lots of designer brands on there.

Try these
I can only thin to ask at other opticians as you cant seem to find them online? can you ring round for prices or have you done that? we go to specsavers and our local branch-st helens-is fantastic, and will help if they can!
Try Glasses Crafter or try typing 'glasses direct' into google - there are hundreds of websites which now do internet glasses sales at very cheap prices.

Try specs4less.co.uk or glassesdirect.co.uk I even found my husbands new glasses on one of these for a fraction of the price and you can have the frames sent out on trial if I remember correctly.
