Help needed from CeX users

I sold a voucher today and sent the details to the buyer, he got an error when he tried to use it. It worked fine for so I went to the store and asked and one of the workers said its probably attached to my account. So I came home and made a random account and the voucher added on fine. Now the buyer wants a refund and I just wanted to know if vouchers are tied to one account.
