Help needed!! Single parent deals to Disneyland Paris.

    Hi,
I am planning on taking my eldest daughter to Disneyland Paris by Eurostar in September, so i have been looking for packages for just 1 adult and 1 child... except i keep finding that single occupancy charges are being added to the total.
Seems a bit unfair to charge extra to those of us that are supporting children alone, does anyone know of a good company to use? Or has anyone in a similar situation got any advice for me? Your help would be much appreciated, thanks.

I am afraid that that is standard with all holidays that I know of.

1 adult in a room will either still have to pay the cost of 2 adults or at least an extra charge for single occupancy.

I'm sorry but I don't know any way around it, have you got a friend with a child you could travel with? Or invite a family member who will share the cost?

I've got 3 vouchers from a magazine that say that kids under 7 stay & play free at Disneyland Paris.

    It says:-

Book a package in a Disney, selected or associated hotel to arrive any day from 20th March to 6th November 2008, and kids under 7 years old will stay and play free.

Plus, Thomson will take an additional 15% off your basic hotel price.

The offer includes free hotel accomodation, with continental breakfast and free Disney Park tickets giving unlimited entry to both Disney Parks.

If, these can be of any use, to anyone let me know, they're just collecting dust in my house, as i have no children.

Have you actually tried to book via the disney website or was it a travel agent? I tool my kids a few years back and didn't have to pay a supplement.

I booked the hotel seperate (resort hotel so passses were included) booked flight through BA who believe it or not were cheapest and there is a bus that takes you straight from airport to eurodisney. When I was there if cost about 15 Euro yet travel agents were charging their customers much more for transfers which were just a ticket for the same bus.

My daughter is 9, so kids under 7 deal doesn't apply unfortunately. Thanks to everyone for the help.
