help on a purchase i made
i recently bought a mount and a frame from a stall in the millgate shopping centre bury, it cost me £30. anyway i was in hospital last week on the day it needed picking up so my partner went for it. when i got home the next day and looked at it they had given us the wrong size frame, (they put the mount and frame in a bin bag seperatly). i know my partner should of probably checked it but we bought one the previous week which was fine. i rang the company as it was there last day in millgate when my partner had picked it up. they said they would post the correct frame out to me on thursday/friday last week. its still not arrived so i have rang them again and they said it should be with me wednesday thursday this week, well it still hasnt arrived and i need it for tomorrow saturday as its a gift for mothers day. i have a feeling they havent posted one out as he was trying to get me to buy another mount to go ine wrong size frame i have so it wouldnt go to waste but i didnt want one. if i dont recieve the correct frame is there anything i can do as i will have wasted £30. i was thinking of contacting millgate but not sure they would be able to do anything.
