HI All i know it has been mentioned somewhere before regarding the dodgy voda deal with the 6300 12 month cashback deal.

basically this is it: i purchased on 13 JUne on the terms of 3 6 9 and 12
got my first bill dated 18 July
so my second bill will be 18 Aug.....BUT

the letter says claim date 13 September with 60days. NOw they are tricking
do they want the 3rd bill which will be send around a week after 13 th sept

or
do they want the LATEST bill to 13th sept which will be AUgust bill meaning BILL number 2?????

im sure everyone else had the same probs

HI PLease help:
someone has taken a cashback deal with a local shop. the offer was monthly cashback- which was mentioned at the time of signing up so everything is in writing.
however after afew months of paying well they have started to get funny and not pay up saying they will pay next months etc etc etc

wot course of action can be taken

if its in writing that a certain amount is to be paid on a certain day and it hasnt the person are well entitled to take similar action to those reclaiming bank charges, small claims court etc or even MCOL (Mony Claim On Line)

My understanding is that you should send the bill arriving past the claim date ie. 13th September (to be claimed within 13th November). This will be the 3rd bill
