Help please Outlook Calendar to Excel

Do you know how to export meeting acceptances in Outlook to an excel spreadsheet? Much appreciated

This from Outlook 2003 help, seems to work fine though it doesn't look pretty. You'll need to remove some columns and format it to make it more legible.

On the File menu, click Import and Export.
Under Choose an action to perform, click Export to a file, and then click Next.
Under Create a file of type, click Microsoft Excel, and then click Next.
Under Select folder to export from, click your Calendar folder, and then click Next.
Under Save exported file as, type a name for your Microsoft Excel worksheet.

Thanks Tallpete33. It's for my Sister whose stil at work & she has 400meeting acceptances to alphabetise but following this doesn't export the data & as I'm on the phone can't have a play to see if it's workable. Really appreciate you taking the time. Looks like she'll be working till wee hours again
