Help Please...Paid £20.70 for 15 minutes parking @ bristol parkway

Hi, I dropped my nephew off at bristol parkway train station today and i didn't have change for the parking meter so i used my debit card. I was in a bit of a rush and i didn't read the instructions properly so i ended up paying for 3 days worth of parking. I was only there for 15 minutes. Does anyone know if it's possible to get a refund? Thanks for any help.

Doubt you'll get a refund as its your own fault. Just take it on the chin as a lesson learned and read things carefully in future

can you contact them now - is there a number to ring and explain the problem too ?

    Well . . . . . that was a fail.

You won't get your money back as it was your fault. The best thing to do is to make use of the parking space if you still have the ticket or try and sell it to someone else.

It probably isn't possible unless you ask really nicely and they take pity on you for being such a mong. Find out who's responsible for the charges and try giving them a call.

Hi everyone, Thank you all for your replies. I've had a good laugh X)

I emailed the carpark company and they told me to send them a letter with proof so i'm going to send them the ticket. Fingers crossed.
