Help removing a Lamona HJA 7030 built-in microwave.

so im a sparkie and today a friend asked me to wire his Howdens Lamona HJA 7030 microwave as it was fitted last year but never connected.
its in a tall housing.
i have searched the net but for the life of me cannot budge it from the housing.
there are no screws.
the only obvious thing is a tiny threaded tube inside the bottom brill when the door is open.


the plastics at the side do not come off.

any help would be appreciated.
