help! sky phone line

    i cancelled my sky package- tv, phone and broadband, in the hope my husband could take out a new account -our son works for sky and gave us a half price code for 1 yr. anyway, they would not allow this as same name and address. so i stopped the cancellation. they however said i'd left it to late to stop ( had another 4 days left) and they cu the phone and broadband early. now they are saying different things every time i speak to someone- hard too as no home phone!!
    they say i need to have another bt line put in- looked online-cost of £125- even though nothing wrong eith old- worked until they stopped it!!!
    can anyone help or give advise?? please!!!


    that doesn't sound good for you but makes me feel glad i didn't try that ;-)

    can't believe they can't just switch you back on! would make me very cross, keep trying

    Surely if your Son works for Sky he should have known you can't just cancel then sign up again to gain a discount

    what about bt is that an option for you the hub and so , my friend has it and says they are ok , what are you doing with your code son gave you if you have no need for it is it possible to be offered out i wonder , i would be interested in it thanks
