    Help Snorkel?? Scuba????

    Hiya, I was just watching tv and saw this person under water with what looked like a mini snorkel??

    It had a little bottle attached to the snorkel to allow breathing under water

    does anyone know what it is looks great for a holiday?

    I'd imagine just a small oxygen tank (like ones used for emergencies). They'll only hold like 10 minutes of air.

    I haven't got a clue but I'd imagine they'd be expensive for such a small amount of air.

    Have a go at scuba diving, I'd definitely recommend it.

    there expansive lol only wnat for 2 weeks holiday as looked fun, but might go on a big dive anyways.

    Lol, yes you can. You have a best on which regulates you position in the water so when you're at the top you inflate it (so you don't drown lol), and then when you want to go under you deflate it and breathe through your regulator.

    It's a bit like being weightless once you're under the water.

    You don't get shoved in on your own when you've never done it before. You'd have a qualified diver with you who'd make sure you're ok.

    It really is a lot of fun!

    Sapre air systems refill from a normal breathing air cylinder, or get a refill from dive shop.

    Thanks for help guys looks a no go Will have to go with snorkel instead!! and have a proper dive maybe

    the really small ones are called STAS or something similar, only useful for a few breaths depending on depth. have a go at SCUBA you will love it
