Help Understanding Amazon

I just purchased a fire tv and a present for my girlfriend and my sisters girlfriend, however they have put the deliveries together.

The problem I face is the fire tv is out of stock till 6 December, and theirs only 8 remaining of the other present, will I still receive the other item as well? Will they save me one and send it with the fire tv or if it goes out of stoxk am I out of luck?

Also roughly when do they charge for something that I'd a bit delayed in dispatching?

Many thanks

They will send the items which are in stock to you.

The fire tv will be sent separately when it is in stock.

You will be charged for each item when it is dispatched - ie you will not be charged for the firetv until it is dispatched

Go in webchat through contact us, and ask them, they probably will send them in separate parcels early but if you ask them they will split it up for you to get them quicker.

I have never had other delivery's delayed when an item is waiting stock and I use amazon alot, they should dispatch any items in stock and not charge you extra for delivery.

their customer service is fantastic, so if in doubt get on chat they will help you out.

The order should state the estimated delivery date for each item.
