No personal experience except that the engineer that services our boiler always tells me they are the best and he has no axe to grind.

thats why i want to go for one, but they are very highly proced wherever i have looked

is this of any help ]http//ww…uk/

we have a Vaillant 3 years old, it has a wireless thermostat, which saves a fortune on heating bills as i hide it from the kids :whistling:

I did my training with them, and they are great boilers, thay last a lot longer then other boilers but are more expensive to fix when they do go wrong (which is rare). You should buy the sun\mirror newspapers they have a advert normally in there (maybe the news of the world tomorrow) for boilers and kits which are very cheap, cant remember the name of the company off hand but they normally have a full page spread

they are still expensive it seems, i have an old bioler so may look into the scrappage scheme, but i am told that the installers will most likely have increased prices buy over £400
