    Help with evans.co.uk

    Hello,

    I have a problem I can not solve with Evans. Here is the story, I'll try to make it short.
    Some time ago, I passed an order on their website. What happened was that they claimed it has been delivered, but I got nothing. I got in contact with them and they made a re-delivery. That one I got it well. Since then I have tried to pass three other orders and each of them has been cancelled by them for apparently a "security" reason. I got in contact with their customer services when the second cancellation happened and someone investigated it, and told me it was because of the "loss". But he also said that it had been cleared out and that I was going to be able to order again. I tried, and the same thing happened. I called back the customer services. This time they told me that I because of what happened I will NEVER be able to pass any order again. I feel this is just wrong, that I am treated like a thief or a crook. Can anyone help me out? Maybe someone here is working for Evans/Arcadia and could kindly give a hand?

    Sorry but I am a bit bitter at the moment because of this story... I wish I actually got that stuff, at least, this story would have something right in it...

    What did they say about the missing order,did thet say if they gained a signature,who they left it with etc ?

    Last week i had a delivery from DHL left in my neighbours porch without asking them,they were out and came home and found it there,they hadn't even left me a card to say it was next door,i hadn't a clue it was there.
    It was nearly two hundred pounds worth of goods in two huge boxes,left where anybody could have helped themselves,ludicrous.

    They said they were going to investigate with their courrier contractors, but I believe they believed me at that time, since they redispatched another package. I also do trust my neighbours as they have already received packages for me and anyway Evans is probably not their cup of tea...

    Sounds like they have added you to a 'blacklist' this is normally reserved for when you raise a bank chargeback so I'm surprised you've been added for a lost parcel.

    I dont think Evans make you sign for delivery.

    FYI I had exactly the same experience with BlahDVD
