    Help with faulty camera please!

Just wondering if anyone on here knows anything about cameras. I have a fuji z10fd, about 18 months old, and it intermittently takes photos that are a pinky hue and have lines down them. Other times it works fine! Any ideas what would cause this? Is it fixable, or is it better just to sell as faulty? (In which case, how much would I get for it?) Going to try to post a pic as an example. Thanks all! xxx

If it is in perfect condition (no dents, scuffs, scratches) take it back to the point of purchase and ask them to get it repaired free of charge.

Tell them that the product is of unsatisfactory quality (product should last a reasonable time, 18month however is "unreasonable" for a branded digital camera) and that by law you are entitled to a free repair, replacement or refund.

Be firm, but polite and they should agree to a free repair. PC World, Dixons, Currys and Argos may even refund if you push a little.
