So I helped my friend with the brazil 12 month gold codes, we did 3 to get the max time. It all added fine. However now when we try and purchase either the £1 trial or add a 7 day code we're getting errors:

I set a Brazil address, changed the store location, tried with and without VPN and nothing. So could really do with some help as she's worried the account is going to end up blocked or something. Thank you in advance
