    Help with Job Application

    Hi, being a recent school leaver, I was just asking for some help with jobs etc. There are 2 jobs for office juniors in my local paper which I think I am qualified for but when it says send cv to the email addres does it mean send as an attachment?
    The reason I am asking is because my friend done the same for a job and he got a reply saying that they could not open word documents!
    So do I attach it as a word doc or what?

    Safer to send it as a PDF file. You can get a free download from Microsoft to save Word files as PDF ]here (assuming you have word 2007)

    You would be better saving it as Pdf. This cannot be edited, normally.

    There are lots of sites will do this for you free. Google doc to pdf

    I'd stick with PDF - not able to be modified then.

    Good advice above, definitely convert to pdf, but to answer your question, yes. Make it an attachement to an short e-mail.
