Help with Mounting a TV

Posted 26th Feb 2023
Hi, I bought a Samsung today - t22e390ex

I want to wall mount it but the HDMI and Power connectors are on the back in an indentation so I can't have it flat against the wall.

Is there a cheap solution please?

Thanks

As stated above, the problem is the HDMI and the power supply which stop the TV from being able to be put flush against the wall.

You need a 90 degree power cable and a 90 degree HDMI cable

These will not make the TV go 100 % flush against the wall, but will help

Get a bracket that has an adjustable arm like this

I looked at that but the bracket you put on the back of the TV then covers up the HDMI ports

    Invision TV Wall Bracket Mount for 22 24 28 32 34 40 43 50 Inch TV & Monitors VESA 100x100 to 400x400 Ultra Slim Tilt Swivel and Extends for 4K LED HDR Flat & Curved Screens - Max Load 27.2kg (EV400) amzn.eu/d/3…CPS

These are a good make and a bit cheaper than sanus.
Should block the ports and as above, use right angle connectors if needed, it feed cables in via a hole in the wall (use brush plates for a neat finish)
