try cwaites list for channels I use that on my openbox no probs waitenet.co.uk/sky…tml
have a gander over techkings too they seem a knowledgeable helpful bunch and there are channel lists in the stickys at the top, the openbox v5 and skybox v5 are identical they just rebadged them as openbox because sly had a paddy and used copyright/trademark infringement to prevent them being imported which a name change solved

used to have a f5 and found them great except for channel listing.

Looking at getting similar. Where does the Libertview fit in to open box etc. can anyone suggest a box for around £50/60 if not the skybox range ? Thanks

If you use the cwaite list all the channels are numbered as per sky, I use xmtv for tv guide along with the sky+ app on my mobile for a quick channel guide that I can customize using the channels I want.

I prefer the cwaite one as the channels are numbered to match sly, the only downside is some channels are the irish versions but only difference in that is the adverts show prices in euros

Yeah no probs, I have only been into the boxes about 4 months but put plenty of research in first so I had a clue what was what, the fact that the first box had a fault (once it had been on a while picture failed via HDMI) led me through a bit of troubleshooting to make sure it wasn't a daft newbie error) but got a great seller as he sent a replacement out to arrive next day with a prepaid envelope for return.

What do you mean by sky connection? But as above without a dish they wont work. You can buy a dish with quad lnb and 10m shotgun (twin feed) cable on ebay for £25 and it seems about £5 per 10m of cable on top if you need extra. Simple enough to install (just check neighbours dishes for direction and make sure you have clear line of sight to sky from where you put yours) fine tuning is simple enough with patience the main skill needed!

Hi guys I'm new to openbox 3days just wondering If there's any easy way to add all the channels Into one group instead of having them all in groups like entertainment sport etc? thanks in advance

not sure if anyone else is still using openbox but i could not get cartoon network but i have had a play and made a custom channel list that has a lot of the ones i could not get due to a transponder change, i will improve the list when i have more time but here it is hope it helps someone out there : drive.google.com/fil…ing
