    help with phone

    hi i bought a nokia 6300 that is locked to O2. it is a pay as you phone. does anyone know how to make it sim-free. will O2 provide the unlock codes for free?

    o2 generally are ALL UNLOCKED! try another sim in there to make sure!!!!

    As murabi has said, have you tested it with another Sim card?

    If it is locked, O2 might do it for free, more likely if you have been with them for some time.
