    Help with Quidco O2 money enquiry please :)

    Hi, Can someone help please. I Bought 2 simplicity plans from 02 1 should give me a £50 and the other £100, both are showing at £25 each, when I try to submit an enquiry for an incorrect earnings amount it does not let me select the 2 items that are tracked. Has anyone had this problem if so would really like some advice please thanks

    I think the always track at the lower amount and then when they are validated they go up?

    Was bought on june the 2/3 rd.

    I also bought a sim only contract from them at the end of May and mine is also tracking at £25

    They can take their time. Its down to O2 to pay Quidco before Quidco pay you. I've had a mobile deal take 2 years to pay out. . .

    Makes you think is it worth the time...2 years!!!!

    I'd forgotten all about it, then one day there it was in my Quidco acc !!

    In the small print on Quidco to the right hand side it says that all amounts will track at £25 and then be uplifted.

    It'l change to the proper amount just before they pay it into your bank X)

    I had something similar with mothercare tracking at the wrong amount, I raised a support message where they reassured me it would update itself.

    It didnt update and because I had already done a message, I just went back to that and told them, they opened it up so that i could put an earnings enquiry in

    Not sure that I would of been able to do anything if I hadnt contacted them earlier, because it had passed the time where you could do an earnings enquiry (and couldnt myself earlier because it had tracked, same as you) by the time it changed to received. They only opened it up because it was something they already knew about

    I bought an O2 12 month sim on 27th May, and initially it tracked at £25 but was uplifted to £50 after about a week.
    It hasn't paid out yet, but is definitely showing in my account at £50 now.

    I bought one in March .... it finally went validated last month so fingers crossed for payment end of this month
