    Help with refund from CDiscount.co.uk

    Hi everyone!! been using this website for ages finally took the plunge and joined

    A little while ago i bought some items of clothing from cdiscount.co.uk. I cancelled it and sent it back (in under a week) however over a month has gone by and I havent been refunded. Ive e-mailed them and they ask for proof of postage but I don't have it as my dad sent it through his work. im really stuck but I know it definitly got there!!

    Please help how i can get them to refund me. its quite a lot of money!! thank you!!!

    Did you pay on a credit card? If so raise a claim with them.


    I'll keep an eye out on here as I have just made my first order with them.

    Useless French company I just ordered 2 pairs of Adidas black and white trainers and they sent Silver and black (Le morons)

    How do you know it got there ? use that as proof.

    and yea ive heard of people getting wrong items. I'm gonna have to try and prove it got there really. It just seems that they dont want to refund you unless you can prove it got there! seems a bit ****** really!

    Pretty sure it was clothes only dude.


    I had a similar poor experience - did the "pay over 3 months" thing, but the item wasn't as described, sent it back and got refund.

    Then they took another payment!!!

    what a joke "AVOID CDISCOUNT!" Promised £20 back on footwear so spent £50+ on footwear and no sign of the £20 cashback and they sent 2 pairs of trainers the wrong colour and have not got the decency to automatically organise courier to come and collect the battered boxes whilst bringing what I ordered.


    This is how I would describe the boxes image you have a room that holds 100 hundred shoe boxes and then you actually try and store 1,000 boxes in that room, they are so bad when you lift the lid of shoe box it practically falls off.

    A note to cdiscount, shoppers do not want hassle, to wait for rma number to write that number on box to pay to send stuff back when it is your company's fault in sending the wrong goods

    Anyone who shopped recently at cdiscount using a credit card / debit should keep an eye out for suspicious activity on your card. Possible(fraud)

    I use verified by visa and today I received an email from halifax-secure claiming that someone had managed to change my password and if it was not me to get in touch so I instantly thought phising/scam but after looking at email headers and paths decided there could be no scam so phone halifax-secure/ verified by visa up and sure enough someone had changed my password and had used my card without my knowledge

    these are the only 2 transactions on my card (1) i know of cdiscount and the other fraud from Russian railways


    I have used the card at 7dayshop.com in the past 4 months so they would have a record of my purchases and with them being hacked the other day the same goes for them anyone shopping at either of the 2 above keep and eye on your transactions with credit card / debit card.
    I was lucky that verified by visa was being used and that I had profile setup to email me of any account changes which gave me a heads up only useful if you check emails regular, anyways card is stopped and I certainly will not be shopping at these 2 places again in a hurry.

    My computer has no Trojans/keyloggers etc only just installed it from an original disc on the 7th of this month with hardware firewall/ anti virus / anti malware / spybot and I visit no porn sites/ torrent files run no keygens etc

    It is being investigated by VISA and the halifax secure team so I will be kept informed about the progress of the fraud every step as requested by me.

    It has to be noted that it may not be anything to do with your company security/ checkout but yours and 7dayshop are the only 2 used on this card so you may confirm in your eyes anything you want but does not make it fact unless you personally pass on this info to the team investigating the fraud to then have them verify it for/with me.

    I am not saying your company is responsible either only that people should keep an eye on their credit/debit card if they have ever shopped at the 2 places mentioned as one of them may have a problem, now with 7dayshop being hacked on i think it was sunday just gone there is a possibility of bad things having happened there.
