i ordered a wii fit at the begining of january but cancelled on 21st. they recieved a email on 1st febuary saying they will email me when they despatch my order. So i phoned them up told them i had canceled it, which they tried denying and after saying i still had the email i sent cancelling the order they agreed that i did cancel on 21st. They then said they have already taken the money out of my bank and they would refund it. So i phone my bank to find out they havent taken the money out. Phone dell back up and tell them no money has been taken out which they agree and say its due to be taken out in a few days but reasure me that it will now definitly not go out of my bank. Few days later get a letter from my bank saying dell have taken my money out and i am now overdrawn and have to pay bank charges. When i phone dell they say they wont pay my bank charge and keep repeating the same thing as if there reading out of a book. Does anyone know if there is someone else at dell who i could speak to that could help me. Even when asking for there complaints number or adress they refuse to give it to me.
