    Help/Advice pls regarding contacting Snapfish re delivery no show!!!

    I ordered on November 23 seven key rings as christmas presents from Snapfish for delivery at Max so i did not have to pay delivery. Noticed along with Click the company had gone bankrupt so poped into the store for some advice, and the very helpful staff said they would not be having anymore Snapfish deliverys to get back intouch with them and ask for them to be delivered to my home instead cause they were unsure how long they would stay open. Same day Snapfish emailed me to say all collection items at Max would be delivered to my home free of charge, but they have not turned up. Have emailed them 3 times and have just phoned them but was cut off after 30 mins as the office is now closed!!!! any good ideas or should i just send them loads of emails and fill up their inbox??????????

    I'd hang fire until Monday and then phone them up to find out what's going on (might be delivered tomorrow morning instead) - in addition to that IF you used your credit card to purchase the items I would give the credit card a phone to see if the money has come off & if it hasn't see if they can reject it (worst case scenario).

    yep thanks sounds more sensible, its just that they were suposed to be ready on 3rd Dec! will give my card a quick call later

    Had the same thing here mate, spoke to them yesterday and they have had a huge backlog and are sending items over the next 5 days, I ordered on the 22nd Nov.
