Help/Advice re. selling gig tickets

Hi guys,

Quick question in case any of you have previous experience which could assist here.

I have tickets for a Bon Jovi gig bought through HMV-Tickets which i can now no longer attend.

I know that websites for selling tickets such as viagogo exist, but the HMV-Tickets T&Cs state that all tickets purchased are non refundable/exchangable, and strictly NOT for resale (for profit or otherwise).

I imagine that upon entry to the gig, identity checking is unenforcable, but im wondering if by attempting to sell my tickets through viagogo (or similar) i would experience a backlash from any or all of HMV, Viagogo or the person who bought my tickets!?

Thanks in advance for any helpful comments.

Dan

Your selling the ticket's on. IMO it's the purchasers responsability to know of the risks involved. All your doing is selling them on, because you legitimately can't attend for whatever reason. Just sell it on. I would.

i think play.com once allowed the reselling of concert tickets
