Returned 1 Debenhams parcel (value £30) 5th Jan at the local Parcelshop.
Tracked it but showing as 1 ASOS & 1 Amazon return.
Spoke to Hermes technical help dept (given phone number by the Parcelshop) the receipt number I have is for 2 parcels posted the day after on the 6th Jan, 130 miles away from me.
Hermes / Parcelshop said contact Debenhams, which isn't possible.
Anyone had this happen before?
