Received the below email regarding the introduction of a new £3 annual charge.
I hired a van via B&Q about 10yrs ago and haven't used the service since then so a no brainer for me to cancel even though any payment card linked to the account has probably expired.
Thought it worth posting as someone may have used the service more recently and may not have received the email.
