Item description states suitable for natural gas. Wiki link states UK domestic gas supply is "natural gas". Will it work fine? No idea, it could be a POS.
I'd be asking far more searching questions such as: does it meet whatever standard of equipment is required for installation In UK; would a Gas Safe engineer be contravening regs to fit it, etc.

Maybe re-title thread to: Does this Czech-supplied gas equipment meet UK regs; would a Gas Safe engineer decline to fit; how would I obtain warranty support when if it busted?
LNG I'm am guessing is Liquid natural gas. I haven't come across natural gas in bottles but maybe you could have it delivered like propane gas into big tanks ?
I am guessing this is more based for the country sides which don't have a gas supply.
Also it's showing connection from a rubber pipe which would not be allowed as it's fixed and would need copper or steel pipes to connect which is not really a issue. But don't think many gas engineers will come anywhere near it.
I would avoid these personally as I doubt you will be able to find any replacement parts or many installers that would be interested in installing it at a competitive rate.
Go for a used combi boiler as there is plenty available or cheap combi boiler if needed and just use the hot water function on it and just loop the central heating connections. A used combi around a couple of years old sells for less then £100 on eBay.
