Hinges for Heavy iron door gate

Hi,
Just need some advice really

I have a space which is 98cm wide and i am thinking or purchase a door gate which, with the hinge etc included comes in at 103cm

I was thinking of eliminating the hinge which comes with the iron door gate and replacing it with some ultra slim welded hinges to accomodate the door?

is this possible? anyone know where i could possibly buy such hinges?
