There is feedback on AVFORUMS relating to 55"M3300. I have tried it with no problems so far. Haven't been able to try HDR over hdmi yet but others reporting Netflix from XBOX S shows HDR

Does anyone have any experience with the input lag for the Hisense TV's?
Im thinking of the 40M3300 set but struggling to find any tests/reviews with the input lag info ideally in game mode.
Thanks

Got mine the other day and don't notice any PC input lag over HDMI. Using it as a PC monitor at the moment.

Why 40"? 43" (H43M3000) is cheaper from AO using code "4K10"?

I just bought this last night arriving tomorrow. Is there expected to be UK firmware update for HDR support anytime soon?

Im tempted to buy a Hisense 49" M3000 as a temp way into 4K and HDR... until something more standard is set the reports coming back from the new firmware are saying the HDR is amazing on it..

I'm sat 60-70cm away as it'll be setup on a PC desk and used as a monitor as well as gaming.
I've had a 40" before and was comfortable, anything larger is a struggle.
Also, the M3300 is better compared to the M3000 apparently.

I ordered the 40M3300 from amazon acouple of days ago when it was at £299 as I had £56 in vouchers to use and if it does disappoint their returns are simple.

The HDR update is currently being rolled out in serial number order first according to AVforums. User opinions on there speak highly of the update. I've only been keeping up to date with the M3300 thread though, not the M3000.

Whoops didn't see the 3300, whats the difference? From quick comparison the CPU has changed but can't see anything else major.

3000 has HDR support again but no UK firmware but then I guess there's no UK FW out yet for any model:
http://www.hisense.fr/system/files/telechargements/Mise_a_jour_firmware_43M3000.pdf

I see some differences, how will they affect the picture overall?

M3300 has subwoofer & Refresh 800
M3000 has Refresh of only 60

I have a sound bar so I guess subwoofer doesn't really matter but what about that drastic refresh change?

The update isn't far away, some UK owners have had it and others haven't yet. Alot have been downloading the French version and using that but if you're in no rush then may as well wait.

Here's a good article on refresh rates and the explanation:

very odd, the Hisense UK site shows 60 for 3000 and the french site shows 800 same as the 3300, i'll go off that and stick with the 43 I think.
