Was wondering if anyone would care to offer some advise here? I am looking for a new LCD digital TV and have narrowed it down to the following 2, we have 3 young children (no gaming at the moment just the wii, we dont watch many films but would intend to by a blue ray DVD player once they come down in price, we dont intend buying another TV for some years so want to be ready for HD:

I have read up alittle and every one seems to rate the 1080i or 1080p not sure what its all about this link you send is Resolution: 1366x768. do you have any suggestions on the 1080

For what you need the tv for i don't think its going to matter. I have a 50in samsung plasma and my dads got a full hd tv both with sky hd i honestly cannot see any difference i expect you will get somebody coming on the give you some more advise but i say save your money :thumbsup:

Thanks guys, I went for the samsung M87 in the end, managed to get Comets in store to take the 5% on line discount off and 3.5% quidco, but they wanted me to buy the 5 year guarantee for £220. so went off to costco and got it for £728 with 3 year guarantee :thumbsup:
