Hmm does this girl at uni like me?

No stupid replies please I am tipsy lol.

Met her about 4 weeks ago just before my flatmates 21st, she randomly came to my bedroom door and said there was no toilet roll left and did I have some, then came up about 10 minutes later and asked did I want to go drnking with my flatmate, her and a few others, I said no as I was busy with assignments.

Next night she came to my door again and asked if I had the chair from the living room as one was missing, I said yes and gave her the chair. The very next night was my flatmates 21st and she kept knocking on my door asking if I was coming out, I just said I wasnt sure, and she kept coming back and eventually I said I hadnt ironed my shirt so she took it and ironed it for me!

Then when I went to the party downstairs she said she wanted to dance and "grind" with me on the dancefloor, and I said I still wasnt sure about coming out(didnt want to sound needy) but 5 minutes later I said I was coming out and she clapped her hands and went "whoo hoo"

She never approached me at any time on the night out.

Anyway my flatmate just came back from his holiday and invited friends around, I saw her in living room and she said to me was I coming out tonight and I said yes and she smiled.

On the night out didnt see her much again but in the smoking area she kept talking to me and then grabbed my arm and made me help her downstairs. Then on the way home grabbed my arm again and started telling me what a wonderful guy I was and not to let people take advantage of me, and how I was a gentleman and how she really liked Scottish guys and she was having a party at her house and did I want to come, I said yes.

But she had to go to mine first to get her jacket and keys then we sat down a bit then she said she was going home.

I dont know if she wanted me to come so just let her walk off.

    Soz am a bit drunk.

That would be a bit creepy lol.

I am just dense with women, I have even had women in the past pretty much shove their boobs in my face and I just blush and stand still and get nervous but the reason being is that in the past I have had women flirt with me or grind with me then if I make a move they laugh and do something like give me a loser sign or push me away.

Then again I think thats like the stereotypical woman says no but means yes sort of scenario.

She was probably very appreciative that you helped her down some stairs. It's always a good sign when you come in the front entrance together.

    Is this for real????

Asking for advice on women on a deals website!!!!

Ever thought of going on the Jeremy Kyle show, lol

Sounds to me like you're in there.

You could always ask a mutual friend to discreetly ask her what your chances are - a bit school playground but it always works and then at least you know before you do anything decisive.

Take the not so subtle hints OP, she wants to play hide the sausage with you, that is so obvious.
    Go forth and enjoy yourself.

I wouldn't assume that she fancies you,she might just be being nice to you, didn't want you sitting in on your own etc.

Only way to know for sure is to ask her out!

If you didnt want to see someone sitting on their own, would you grab their hand and make them play "downstairs"?

PS... depending on your answer..... I might currently be sitting on my own!

OP you could well be in with a chance, best to strike now while the iron is hot.

    :giggle:

Think she likes your velvet bog roll.

i have a son with aspergers and do understand a little of what is going on. most importantly do you like this girl?
if so does the girl know about your aspergers because if she is genuine, knowing that you cannot be expected to always understand her hints and intentions will help her be clear about her feelings for you. if she is not genuine about a friendship with you i would say she is no loss and who really wants friends like that.

take this slowly and offer friendship first, you can't embarass yourself that way, anything more will happen when you are confident and ready.
    i hope this helps

    yes.

    yes she does.

She sounds easier than a partially filled in Sun crossword.

I wish I was still at uni

i skipped 3 pages, sooooo..... did u tap that or not ???? LOL

Trouble is MOST men think when a woman is nice/friendly towards them they take that to mean something else in their mind(I don't mean you btw OP )

Are you suggesting she's not trying to get in to his pants?

If she's out of your league then she's not interested. If she's in your league then she is.

People rarely play out of there league, there are exceptions but generally people stick to theirs. If you are really unsure (maybe because of your condition but most people know what they're in) then ask a trusted friend.

If people doubt the whole league thing then do an experiment, get a local newspaper with photos of readers weddings in and cut them out for a few weeks until you have a good twenty or so examples. Now cut them down the middle so you have split the photo in two, bride on one side and groom on the other. Mark on the back so you know which one belongs to which. Now get some people to rate each individual person out of ten and take an average of each. Put the brides back with the grooms and look at the results, you should see that they score no more than one point different either way.

It sounds to me like this could go either way, though I'd err on the side of caution and suggest she's just being friendly. She may just see you as someone safe to be friends with, this really annoys me though because no woman should make attempts to be friends with a guy without making that very clear from the off. You don't see many guys doing that to women yet the ladies seem to love doing it to guys.

it sounds to me like she just wnats friendship and maybe doesnt like to see you missing out, i would leave it as a firendship unless she tries to take it further, sounds like she is making an effort to involve you in some uni experiences rather than you sat in alone all the time, that doesnt mean she is up for anything else

I've just touched upon that in my previous post. Women do it all time whereas it's less common for a guy to just be friendly with a woman without an agenda. Is it that hard for the women to be clear from the offset, they must know (unless you're all naive which I don't believe to be the case) that by being friendly to a guy could be giving them the wrong signals. Perhaps they even want that?

sounds like she does like you yeah - her getting you to come out is maybe her way of making a move and mybe when you do go out then you need to make a move obviously not being too forcefull etc etc.

So to be simple (sinceby the sounds of it your going to have a rotten hangover :P); make a move the worst that can happen is that she wont want anything to happen.

honestly i think shes just being friendly. if she was interested like that i think she would be with u when u go out, but u say u don't see her........... don't let her take advantage of your friendship. x

cor blimey thats proper deep lol i dont go by league etc, for me its purely the following rules, 18+ female & a pulse is a added bonus LOL

if you are interested make a move if she knocks you back there are plenty more girls- simple as that, at uni theres no point in worrying about rejection, seems like shes just teasing to be honest

im geussing by posting this, u like her do right ?? so like shedboy66 said go for it, if she say's no say fine u smell anyways and next time u are touching cloth and need bog roll. jog on down asda u skank and then move on '' simples ''
