Holiday cottage in the uk

can anyone recommend one please ? we usually go abroad for our hols but dont think we can afford it for 2009 unfortunately, it needs to be able to sleep 5

try Atlantic Reach in Cornwall, their villas sleep up to ten people and they charge per villa per week, not per person. think the website is , also at the bottom of the first page is a link to two of thier other holiday sites, but i would say that atlantic reach is definately the best facilities-wise

Have a look at The Lake District. We're staying in a cottage in Windermere but it's my Uncles so it doesn't cost us anything. Obviously prices differ greatly depending on the time of the year you want to go.

wow that looks nice thank you another one to add to my list

try as the views from this place are the most amazing I have ever seen! not the cheapest, but if you try and search for other apartments in the fistral beach / pentire areas there should be something to suit most budgets, and nearly all of them have views like this!

thanks i will have a look.

is a really good site for cottages, we book with them a few times a year and the accommodation has always been great. They have good pictures of inside and outside the accommodation on their site. Hope this is useful.

i have been researching this for us.

for the cost of hiring a place here, for the same price we could hire a larger place in france and either cross by ferry/tunnel. Flying would cost at least 500, same as eurostar, for the 5 of us.

    Depends what you want really.

Check out hoseasons, cottages4you, jamesvillas etc.
