    Anyone seen any good deals for home PCs and screen for around £400?
    Dont have to be purchaced as part of the same deal though

    Requirements(*)/Desires:

    *Monitor: at least 19"
    Small Case/ Small Form Factor (kind of required but not too essential.
    Low Powered
    *Able to run Photoshop CS3 easily

    If you're running programs like photoshop then I wouldn't go for an Atom processor, it's low power but a lot slower than a normal processor.

    Do you need a copy of Windows included in that price?

    It is a lot cheaper to build a PC than buying a ready made PC from retailer. Photoshop will run smoothly on this machine.

    Although you're probably looking at another £50 over that price to get components that won't fall apart after a year's heavy usage (which I assume it'll get if you use it enough to warrant paying the money for photoshop).

    I forgot to mention that £292.10 will also give you 3 to 5 years warranty on most of the parts unlike 1 year rubbish retailer warranty who will always refer you to manufacturer.
