Homebase email address for customer services

Hi Guys sorry to post but can anyone please let me know if there is an actual email address that you can email a complaint to Homebase??

I’ve tried the Homebase website and cannot see anything.
I’ve tried google and found enquiries@homebase.co.uk - but after emailing that it has just comes back as undeliverable.

Anyone actually had any luck emailing them??

The telephone number listed is 0333 003 7084 but I spent over an hour earlier on the phone waiting to get through and don’t fancy another 1 hour call.
