the new philips cyclinder hoovers are pretty good although I have no idea how much they are.

I bought an LG upright hoover from Richer Sounds of all places for £20 last year.

The bagless little ones from aldi are good. think they're about £35, they usually have some even after the advertising for thems off, they had a few in the back of my local aldi.

Buy cheap, buy twice.

Tenants are unlikely to look after it, so your money will be wasted.

By a decent 'Henry' that will last.

have a look on amazon, they have some good cheap ones on there

Tesco value around £18 I believe

As a tenant myself I think you should splash out on a Dyson! :-D

A few yrs ago I bought a a cheap one from Superdrug for about £15.I did have an upright one which cost me about £80 previous to it and it lasted the same time as the £15 one.
I've bought a Henry one about 2 yrs ago and still good,I recommend those but yeh if I was wanting 1 to stick in home I was letting out,I go cheap as possible.
