Here's a list of hotels in the FortWilliam area on Tripadvisor, might be worthwhile checking some of them out first:

Fort William Hotels

Does it have to be a hotel, or would a B&B do? I did a one week tour of the highlands last September and stayed in a FANTASTIC b&b in Fort William. It was the nicest place of my stay,. and the owners were just lovely. We had the ground floor room, which was large, immaculately clean and modern, with an en suite large shower room. The four poster bed (not my cup of tea usually) was THE most comfy bed Ive ever slept in. The couple who run the place are really friendly, and you do not feel awkward sitting in the lounge. We were fed tea and biscuits in front of a roaring fire when we arrived and chatting for ages. Very relaxed and friendly. The photos on this link make the place not look very lovely, but it really is nice inside. The breakfast they do is gorgeous, and enough to keep you going all day. They also don't huckle you out the door at some silly time in the morning. I'd go back here before I'd go to a hotel, any day. Of course, if you're looking for a swimming pool and spa treatments, this isn't the place, lol.
