Bought something from ebay - seller said he sent, never got it. Emailed him, he said he was sorry and would send another one. Still not got it. Had enough now and want a refund, only £1.60 but its not the point. He said he would give me a refund but hasnt. So now I need to raise this with ebay and/or Paypal - what do I do? Thanks in advance

raise a dispute, if you click on the item there should be a list of things you can do, contact seller etc... and raise a dispute should be one of them

+1, raise the dispute with paypal as it's normally bit quicker than the ebay dispute.
