how do i get rid of m3plugin.dll? free with no ties?

can't get rid of this have tried three different downloads but they all want me to pay money after fixing a few of my computer problems. i want rid now as it gets on my nerves!

I think that this is part of MyWebSearch, toolbar, smilies, that sort of thing.
If you have that perhaps you could try uninstalling it.

Are you getting an error message on startup?

As andy says it is part of my web search.

You should be able to remove my web search using either spybot or malwarebytes (both free).

If its just an error on startup I'll tell you something else you can do..
