I have an item I need to return, I have the label from customer services. There are two commercial invoices, one is meant to be stuck to the outside of the parcel (even though it describes the contents of the box and its value, and another one I have to give to the courier. I'm going to be giving the parcel to my local Royal Mail drop off, do I just give one of the commercial invoices to them? I'm a little confused.
This is what it looks like, there are two of these, one I need to stick to the outside of the package and another that I need to give to the courier.
