I have the Santander123 Credit card and it says on my statement that I have earned some "cashback". How do I actually receive this money? Do I have to apply for it or will it appear as a "payment" against the credit card debt?

It just automatically goes into your account and will show on your statement as credits to your account.
ie 20/10/2014 1 Direct Debit Payment for Mortgage at 1,00% Cashback £1.77
20/10/2014 1 Direct Debit Payment for Gas & Elect. at 2,00% Cashback £2.98
20/10/2014 3 Direct Debit Payments for Comms at 3,00% Cashback £5.69

Is this on the Credit Card because it looks just like the setup on the 13 current account?
On the credit card it just 'sits' in the account for that month so it comes off what you owe. E.g if you spent £100 in a supermarket, you're entitled to £1 cashback, the bill you pay for your credit card would be £99. Let me know if you have any other questions about the 123, I'm a personal banker for Santander.
1% in supermarkets 2% department store 3% railways tickets & at petrol stations
Thanks everyone - help much appreciated
