How do you clever people see what price items have sold for on eBay in the past (without putting them in your watch list)?

I've wondered for a while now how people can find out the sold prices of items on eBay without having them in their watch list.
Please can you tell me how to do it.
Thanks.

go to advanced search up the top, and tick completed listings

search your item as usual and on the left there should be option see completed listings.

Thanks you clever people, I've wondered for ages and didn't realise it was so simple.
Good old misc never fails to help.

How was the chicken?? lol x

If you've got an iPhone or iPad Ebay have an official app called Selling which does exactly what your asking.
