Hi,

Yeah sounds basic.

But do you right along the edge leaving no white border or a little white border?

They have been done on a photo booth

Thanks

Leave a little white border. The passport office will trim them to exact size when they process it
I just measured it and cut along the edge of the photo leaving no white border, the application form tells you the size it needs to be.
I just completed mine last week and cut one exactly on the lines and left one with the borders on took them to the post office for the check and send process and both where fine
when in doubt google. This type of question is very easy to solve yourself gov.uk/pho…rts

rang them before I spotted this but thank you. This is the answer they have a cutting machine at the office which will do it exact
Doesn't actually give you the answer to this question though.
just cut your photo along your picture, leave no border... if you cant cut straight, leave white border along your photo they will accept your photos.
