How do you determine age of bottle of Drambuie?

hello I have come across a bottle of drambuie which I think may be quite old (at least early 90s may be late/mid 80s)do any of the whisky drinkers on here know old

Tbh I don’t know how to find out but as it’s a liquor and not, for example, a scotch whisky it’s age shouldn’t make much difference.

Even if you get a whisky that says ‘18 years’ on the labelthat’s how long it was in the barrels. Leaving it in the bottle for a further 10 years doesn’t make it a 28 year old whisky, it’s still an 18 year old whisky.

It's a liqueur anyhow and age doesn't add much value.

Cut it in half and count the rings.
Late 60s to 70s I recon.
