How do you leave 'Follow Up' Ebay Feedback?

I'm particulary very irritated by a seller who I bought a DVD Set from. I bought the item via Buy It Now and paid 10 mins after that. I did my part and he received the money instantly. In this advert it's stated that apprantly it takes this Seller 5-7 Working Days for him to dispatch a DVD set which is a load of bs. It took him 7 Working Days for him to finally dispatch the DVD to me and he purposely sent it on a Thursday so it would not reach me until Monday. Reason I knew this was because the Australian Post takes more time to send as you know Australia is HUGE. Anyway he sent this from New South Wales and I live in Cairns Queensland. Meaning if he sent it that Thursday it wouldnt reach me till Monday. I was getting very irritated at that point it came Thursday when he finally told me he dispatched it. Theres no reason for it and it's totally unacceptble. I have left Neutral Feedback as the item has still reached me but very poor service on whole see transaction and his feedback here -

Seeing his feedback he blames his buyers every time they have something to say about his service which is unacceptable. How do I leave 'Follow Up' Feedback in response to whats he said to me?

You bid on the item knowing full well it would take 5-7 working days...he posted the item within that...whats the problem??

So, he sent it within the timeframe he said he would, that you were aware of before buying the item?

No reason why am so irritated is that he could have send it on the Wednesday meaning it would have reached me at least by Friday. He sent it Express Post an equivilent to UK Special Delivery. So now that it reached me today this DVD Set was supposed to be a birthday gift for my friend visiting Cairns and now he left to go back to UK on Sunday. Would you be happy with a service you paid for to reach you until 2 Weeks and a half? No I dont think you would.I knew fully well that it would take at least 5 Working days so it would reach me before end of last week but it did not. It's like someone selling a Item on here and saying Oh Sorry I physically cant post this until 2 Weeks. My reasons are perfectly understandable for the situation.

sometime some ppl have other commitments are you not aware of this .Im sure its annoying but you did enter the contract with the seller , by entering this contract you have accepted the terms which were stated
not every1 can get to the post office all depends when you finish work etc

agreed. I can see your frustration but he has done nothing wrong from where I'm looking.

For all you know he can only get to post things once or twice a week (he may work nights) He's well within his rights to post it on the 7th day as you bought the item knowing it could take 7 days to despatch.

Frustrated you may be, but he is not in the wrong here! Sorry!

Because I messeged him through Ebay asking him the Tracking Number for it on Wednesday. He then repied to me on Thursday night saying it was posted *today* meaning Thursday.

I know people have commitments as everyone else does but I do not find it at all fair how long it took to reach me as I needed it in particular for a specific date. Of course he isnt going to care about that. But as I said to him once i Paid for the item I really needed it asap so it would be helpful if he could post it by the 5th Working Day. As I say before would you be happy with a service you paid for to reach you in that amount of time?

You should have asked that before bidding, not after winning the item.

No. His communication was not good at all. my god, if this was in court you would have been paying the costs mate.
He's done nothing wrong! if you wanted it earlier you should have messaged him before buying. or bought it somewhere else.
