How do you search completed listings on ebay?

I want to check the going rate for something on ebay. However when I hit search complete listings it only seems to take me to active listings - can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong please? Thanks

did you hit the completed on the left halfway down? i find it works but the new search is so hard to use!

worked for me i just tried it..

You have to be logged in - you can't searchthe completed listings if you are only a guest.

log in, and do an advanced search - the completed items check box is just under where you add the item keywords box.

Wish they'd change it back to how it was........everything was a lot easier. Like opening the same search in a new tab but with buy it now only etc.

I hope the OP doesn't mind, but instead of starting another eBay thread, can I ask where the "Buy it now" tab has gone?

It's down the left hand side.........you have to click on Buying formats and then select Buy it Now.

Thanks. Would never have found that. They sure make it easy don't they (not)?

how do you revert back to the old layout?

SEARCHING FOR COMPLETED ITEMS:

if you click on advanced search, then tick "Search completed items" which is a bit below the search box
